JAMES MANNAH
I’m a qualified personal trainer, whose been in the sports industry for over 20 years and developed a passion for fitness and also helping people achieve their body goals and dreams through challenging but fun workouts that keeps my clients on their toes.
I love helping people get into the best shape of their lives, not just for a event but for life; all while enjoying the foods they love!
